Dr. Zackory Kirk
Our Founder
An educational thought-leader and determined voice in innovative media, Dr. Zackory Kirk is committed to creating social media content that inspires, engages, and uplifts.
A graduate of Mississippi State University, Zackory has served learners as a secondary teacher, instructional coach, professional learning specialist, literacy coordinator, and curriculum director.
He currently works in education’s private sector.Dr. Kirk is also a published author, active weight watcher, and passionate activist.
His first children’s book, Not So Gifted Cody and the Really Big Problem, turned heads (and pages!) after its release in 2016. Through his ongoing work as a social media influencer and brand ambassador, Zackory is always seeking to work with organizations that inspire, motivate, and uplift.
Both Zackory and his brand focuses focus on highlighting education, social media activism, and wellness.
Heather Shew
Our Creative Manager
Heather Shew, lover of all things creative and doer of all thing service-based, serves as the brand manager for Three Plus One Media.
With a background in mental health and social services, Heather has a passion for advocating for underserved communities and fighting for equality.
She is a professional personal assistant, creative director, and is a licensed realtor. She is dedicated to service and strives to help every person begin the process of creating generational wealth through homeownership.
